Objective

You are able to communicate by considering the situation, channel and the other participants of the communication situation when acting as a member of the work or other community or representing it. You can act in the meetings of work community in different roles. You know what parts the communication of the community or company consists of, and you are able to use different channels for both internal and external communication. You can plan and implement multichannel corporate and marketing communication.

Content

The course includes:
- the basics of corporate and community communication: marketing communication, media communication, stakeholder communication, tourism communication
- meeting notes
- media release
- summarizing a book and presenting it in a panel
- planning and presenting a multichannel communication plan.

Other things to be considered: possible visits to companies, visits of experts.

Teaching methods

Objektives:
-knows what areas are included in community or corporate communication and what their significance is in the formation of the community or corporate image and in product marketing.
-knows how to use different channels in both external and internal communication.
-understands the basics of workplace communication and corporate communication
-knows how to communicate appropriately in various situations and through different channels.

- basics of community and corporate communication: workplace communication, external and internal communication, stakeholder communication, media communication, marketing communication, social media communication, stakeholder communication, tourism communication
- interaction and communication in the workplace
- the importance of feedback in the workplace
- challenging situations in the workplace
