Objective

You are able to communicate by considering the situation, channel and the other participants of the communication situation when acting as a member of the work or other community or representing it. You can act in the meetings of work community in different roles. You know what parts the communication of the community or company consists of, and you are able to use different channels for both internal and external communication. You can plan and implement multichannel corporate and marketing communication.

Content

The course includes:
- the basics of corporate and community communication: marketing communication, media communication, stakeholder communication, tourism communication
- meeting notes
- media release
- summarizing a book and presenting it in a panel
- planning and presenting a multichannel communication plan.

Other things to be considered: possible visits to companies, visits of experts.
