After the course:

You will recognize the components of work ability and well-being from the perspective of the individual, the work community, and the organization.
You will recognize the principles of sustainable development in working life and understand their connection to productivity and well-being at work.
You will be able to evaluate and manage work ability and well-being from both strategic and daily management perspectives.
You will know the key partners that support leadership.

Content

The course on managing work ability and well-being offers you perspectives and methods for strategic and daily management of work ability and well-being.

Key content includes:
the diversity of work ability and well-being
supervisory work in managing work ability and well-being,
occupational health cooperation, collaboration, occupational safety, and trust personnel work,
legislation guiding well-being at work,
supervisory work, and methods for promoting well-being
The responsibilities and duties of different roles in supporting and promoting work ability and well-being

The course is suitable for those who want to develop their skills in managing work ability and well-being. It provides you with knowledge and methods that help you support and promote work ability and well-being. .
