Objective
In age-friendly company studies, you will learn what it means to be an age-friendly company. You will also learn how to develop your own business or workplace to better meet the expectations of aging customers not only from a service point of view, but also from a customer experience and service design perspective. You will get concrete tools to help you build and/or develop a more accessible, humane and customer-oriented business based on your role.After completing the course:
- You will know the criteria of an age-friendly company.
- You will be able to applies the criteria of an age.friendly company in developing their own business or workplace.
- You will recognizes the needs of older customers as the basis of the development of the company.
- You will understands the importance of customer experience for developing the age-friendliness of their own company or workplace
- You will understand the string points of service desing.
Content
Age-friendly business know-how is the key to success! The ageing population is growing and purchasing power customer group whose needs and expectations challenge companies to renew and develop their services. The ageing population is therefore a huge opportunity for business! Age-friendly business know-how improves customer satisfaction and loyalty, and sets your company apart from competitors. Age-friendliness is also part of social sustainability and by developing age-friendly services, you build a more accessible, equal and responsible company. In this way, you will promote sustainable development and strengthen the value of the company also in the long term. An age-friendly company demonstrates social responsibility and shows that the company cares about the well-being of the community. So study the basics of an age-friendly company, choose age-friendly and promote the success of the company!
During the course, you will familiarize yourself with elderly people as a customer group and age-friendliness. You will also delve into the criteria for an age-friendly company and consider the importance of customer experience in developing your company or workplace. In the final assignment of the course, you will focus on developing an age-friendly company
