Objective
You can
- understands the basics of the main labour law regulations, the collective agreement system and payroll accounting
- apply labour law standards and payroll legislation and calculate wages in private sector employment relationships
- understand the content of other payroll obligations of the employer and be able to take the necessary steps to fulfil them.
Content
- The employment contract system and the characteristics of an employment relationship, terms and conditions of employment contracts and situations of change
- Basics of labour law and pay calculation: determining pay, reimbursement of travel expenses, calculation of overtime and annual leave pay
- Employer's accounting, reporting and payroll obligations
- Legislation: Employment Contracts Act, Working Hours Act, Annual Holidays Act
