Objective

After completing this course you will be able to:
- Identify current changes and development needs in the workplace and examine them from the perspectives of human resource management.
- Enhance the well-being and communication within the work community.
- Make difficult decisions while considering the needs of both individuals and the organization.
- Anticipate and recognize the opportunities and challenges of diversity in the workplace.
- Promote the principles of equality and justice, and make ethically sustainable decisions.
