In the approved task, the selected work community has been analyzed in terms of all tasks. Organizational culture has been described using Hofstede's concepts. Management situations have been described with sufficient accuracy and have been analyzed. A personal reflection is conveyed to the reader.
The answer evaluated for completion has major shortcomings in one of the analysis aspects. The analysis is superficial or one-sided, and there is no self-reflection.

In a satisfactory development plan, the student analyzes himself, his skills and goals superficially. The plan reflects the student's own values, perceptions and beliefs related to work and management to some extent. Sources have been used sparingly. Development goals and evaluation procedures are set in the development plan. The plan is slavishly structured according to the model of the work instructions.

Objective
The aim of Sustainable Leadership Studies is to provide management practices and frameworks that guide both near-term and long-term activities and help different actors to make sustainable development solutions in strategic and operational decision-making. The student gets a picture of the information and skills required for sustainable management.
Content
The theme of the course is sustainable development, which is examined from different perspectives. The perspectives are: 1) ecological / environmental, 2) economic and 3) social / societal. In addressing the environmental aspect, special emphasis is given to climate change, where energy production plays a key role. The economic aspect is approaching the problematic field of sustainability from the market point of view, from the transition from oil to other alternatives. From a social point of view, the social impacts of organizations' activities in relation to personnel and the operating environment (community, society and the international community) are examined.

Objective
The student is able to job in the development work of a company according to the principles of Lean Six Sigma. The student is able to identify opportunities for improving processes or operating methods and is able to determine their significance. The student is able to implement a goal-oriented small-scale Six Sigma project according to the DMAIC method. The student is able to solve practical problems with the help of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods, by searching information about problems and solving them with object oriented and result oriented manner.

• Six Sigma development project according to DMAIC method with phases
• Lean Six Sigma thinking and operations basics
• Selection and assignment of a development project
• Determining the customer and customer needs of the current process
• Description of the current process and process activities
• Measurement and collection of the process data which is relevant to development work
• Using the graphs to describe the data collected about the process and to view the data statistically
• Analysis of the operation of the process using a process capability indexes, a control charts and appropriate statistical methods
• Identifying the root causes and problems of process development target and generating development ideas against root causes
• Prioritizing the founded development ideas and implementation of the chosen ideas with the help of (DOE) Design Over Experiment test
• Planning the permanent process change, with help of Lean Six Sigma tools such as, visual control, statistical process control and control plan
