Teaching methods

You are able to communicate both orally and in writing in customer service situations and in the different environments in the tourism industry both in Finland and in other Nordic countries. You can negotiate politely and appropriately in different situations. You understand that language skills are an essential part of your professional skills. You will strengthen the vocabulary of your own profession.

You are able to present different operating environments and activities in the tourism industry. You understand cultural differences. You will strengthen your knowledge of the vocabulary of the tourism industry and you are able to write and read texts in your own professional field.
