Objective

The student will be able to:To observe and identify problems for change and new trends in society and predictive signals, signals to evaluate the impact of the organization and the work community, and to respond to new challenges flexibly and using forecasting methodologies.To identify and explore options for planning for the future and systematic research methodologies, and critically evaluate the functionality of the various options in work processes.Lead an active role in his/her work and to plan for change and problem-solving process.
