You are able to communicate orally and in writing in working life situations, for example in negotiations and meetings. You know how to manage documents related to meetings and negotiations. You can use the language needed in telephoning and in customer service. You are aware of cultural differences in working life situations. You are able to use environment related literature to increase your professional knowledge.

Opintojakson lopussa kirjallinen ja suullinen tentti. Tarvittaessa kaksi uusintakertaa sopimuksen mukaan (ks.Tutkintosääntö).

Student workload

1 opintopiste on 27 tuntia opiskelijan työtä. Opintojaksolla on 30 tuntia kontaktiopetusta, loput 51 tuntia oppimistehtäviä opettajan ohjeiden mukaisesti tai itsenäisesti.
