Teaching methods
From the second year onwards, you can complete your elective studies (Leadership Perspectives 5 cr) by participating in the training days of the Perspectives on Leadership series (4 in total) and by completing a written assignment related to the lecture series.
The Perspectives on Management lecture series is a lecture series on leadership organized by Karelia University of Applied Sciences and Riveria, which is suitable for everyone interested in the development of working life, such as managers, supervisors, those working in planning and development tasks and HR personnel. Lectures are held four times a year - two in the spring and two in the fall. You can find current lecture series by Riveria’s continuing education with the keyword “perspectives on leadership”.
The main goal is to deepen the different perspectives of leadership on the subject areas of expert lectures.
