The New Winds of Recruitment course offers insights into various recruitment practices and methods, helping you identify your organization's recruitment needs and plan, implement, and evaluate the recruitment process. You will also learn to apply different recruitment methods and consider the specific features of international recruitment. Additionally, you will gain the skills to plan, implement, and evaluate the onboarding process for new employees, which helps in engaging new hires with the organization.

Location and time

Opintojakso on täysin virtuaalitoteutus, ei sisällä kalenteroitua kontaktiopetusta. Opintojakson tehtävät suoritetaan Moodlesta löytyvät aikataulun mukaisesti.

Teaching methods

Opintojakso suoritetaan kokonaisuudessaan verkossa itsenäisesti opiskellen Moodle-oppimisympäristössä

Student workload

Yksi opintopiste tarkoittaa 27 tuntia opiskelijan työtä. Tämä opintojakso on 5 op.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Opintojakson hyväksytty suorittaminen edellyttää:
- monivalintatestien suorittaminen hyväksytysti (3 kpl)
- hyväksytty kirjallinen kokoava tehtävä
- annettu vertaisarviointi

Tehtävät tulee suorittaa määritellyssä aikataulussa.
