Opintojakso koostuu kahdesta kokonaisuudesta:
1) Omasta itsestä kertominen, työympäristö ja työelämä
2) Työelämän kirjalliset ja suulliset viestintätilanteet, oman alan ammattiterminologia

Opintojakson aikana pidetään sanakokeita ja opintojakson lopussa kirjallinen ja suullinen tentti.

Objective

You are able to communicate orally and in writing in working life situations. You are familiar with the professional bodies and understand which kind of Swedish knowledge will be needed in the working life. You can present your company, project or organisation as well as products and services f. ex. at fairs and are able to write neccessary written documents. You are able to act in meetings and negotiations in Swedish and work out the necessary documents. You are able to follow actual Swedish media of the field and to report from the themes. You are able to study and retrieve information independently and you are able to use the vocabulary and structures of Swedish language in different situations in the working life.

- Knowing cultural differences in written an oral working life communication

Teaching methods

This course is only for Finnish speaking students.

The student can tell about himself, his work and studies and knows how to communicate in oral and written working life situations. He familiarizes himself with his field and understands what kind of Swedish skills are needed in working life. He can follow the current Swedish media in his field and summarize them. The student can use basic vocabulary in his field and grammatical structures in working life situations. AI and other sources for language learning in Swedish studies. He is able to read professional texts in Swedish using dictionaries.

Exam schedules

Kirjallisen ja suullisen tentin sekä suullisen esityksen tarkempi ajankohta löytyy opintojakson oppimisympäristössä olevasta aikataulusta. Kirjallisen tentin uusiminen Exam-tenttiakvaariossa lukuvuoden syksyn 2025 aikana. Sekä kirjallinen että suullinen tentti pidetään opintojakson lopussa ja niitä voi uusia kaksi kertaa. Suullisen tentin uusiminen sovitaan opettajan kanssa.

Completion alternatives

Mikäli opiskelija on opiskellut vastaavan opintojakson aikaisemmissa opinnnoissa, opintojakson voi ahotoida suorittamalla kirjallisen tentin Exam-tenttiakvaariossa ja suullisen opettajan kanssa sovittuna päivänä

Further information

Opiskelijalla tulee olla taitotaso B1 opintojaksolle tullessaan. Mikäli opiskelijan taitotaso on tätä alempi,on suositeltavaa, että opiskelija suorittaa ruotsin kielen kertaavat opinnot ennen Sociala kontakter i arbetslivet opintojaksoa, esim. suorittamalla Svensk klinik Rautalankaruotsia opintojakson ensimmäisen opiskeluvuoden aikana.
