Tavoitteet

You learn how to apply customer centric approach in business modeling by using service design and design thinking methods in developing user friendly solutions and value chains. You will use service design tools and methods to design a development plan for a product or a service for the chosen customer segment to improve user experience.

You learn how to apply customer centric approach in business modeling by using service design and design thinking methods in developing user friendly solutions and value chains. You will use service design tools and methods to design a development plan for a product or a service for the chosen customer segment and markets.

Enrolment is possible only to students, who have completed the course "Customer Insight and Customer Experience" or equivalent before taking this course.
