Objective

You know the most common production development methods and goals. You know how to work in the production development program and know how to use the basic tools related to development work. You know how to choose and define a development project. You are able to analyse measured information about the process and prepare development ideas and test and implement them. You know how to ensure the results of the development work. You are able compose a foundation plan to maintain the developed operation. The basics of development methods are learned based on Lean Six Sigma operations and utilising ISO 13053-1 and-2 standards. The goal is to be able to participate in the company's development work in accordance with Lean Six Sigma principles, searching for information about problems and solving problems in a problem-oriented and result-oriented manner.
