Assessment criteria, approved/failed
In the approved task, the selected work community has been analyzed in terms of all tasks. Organizational culture has been described using Hofstede's concepts. Management situations have been described with sufficient accuracy and have been analyzed. A personal reflection is conveyed to the reader.
The answer evaluated for completion has major shortcomings in one of the analysis aspects. The analysis is superficial or one-sided, and there is no self-reflection.
