Objective

After having completed the course you understand the basics and meaning of strengths-based counselling in social and health care and employment services. You are able to observe and utilize the special features of digital counselling in your work. You are able to observe and utilize specific features of digital counselling in your work. You understand the concepts of agency and inclusion. You learn to include the ideas of agency and inclusion as crucial part of digital counselling and apply the suited methods and exercises.

Content

Meeting clients in digital environments requires specialized skills. In this course, you will gain the tools to consider the specific features of remote guidance in your own work and to utilize various methods that support interaction and inclusion.

The course topics include:
- Principles of counselling and strengths-based counselling
- Special features of digital counselling
- Including the ideas of agency and inclusion in digital counseling
- Applying the suited methods and exercises for distant counselling

This course is suitable for you if you want to strengthen your guidance skills while working in various digital environments.
