Objective
You have three options to do your Intensive practical training: development work, clien work and xxxx.
After development work training you can use the theoretical basis of social welfare work and apply reflective approach to development work. You can devise a goal-oriented and theoretically justified development plan. You can utilize research-based methods and apply the methods of inclusion, information acquisition and process management in a client-oriented manner in practical development work. You can evaluate and reflect the significance of the development work at the community and society level. You can disseminate information about the development work to various target groups in an active and professional way. You can analyse and reflect professional ethical principles at different stages of the development work.
After client work training You can use theoretical basis of social welfare work in client work. You know how to plan, implement, evaluate and develop implementation of client work by yourself and as a part of a work community. You are able to use different modes of operation, working method and tools with clients, client groups and communities. You are able to interpret meanings of communities and society from the perspective of practical client work. You can parse and reflect professional ethical principles.
After Advanced practical training for bachelor of social services in early childhood education you know how to work as bachelor of social services in early childhood education. You know how to work in cooperation with families to support childĀ“s growth, development and learning. You know the principles how to work in multidisciplinary cooperation. You know how to plan, implement, evaluate and develope early childhood education individually and as a part of a team. You are able to take into account both the individual child and the group of children in the planning and implementation of activities to support the child's development, growth and learning. You are able to take into account nationally guiding documents in the work of a bachelor of social services in early childhood education. You can identify your own pedagogical and social pedagogical skills and development needs. You are able to structure and reflect on professional ethical principles.
