Objective
After having completed the course:
You know the most central strategies of digitalization ja understand what they mean in social and health care and employment services
You can explain the concepts of digitalization ja know what digital support means in customer work.
You can estimate clients digital skills and recognise the factors which affect to skill development.
You can identify the most relevant digital services and environments and can guide and support clients to use them.
You can plan and implement customer oriented counselling situation.
Content
Society and services are digitalizing at a rapid pace. Digitalization is an opportunity but also a challenge, especially for those who do not have sufficient skills or devices to operate in a digital society.
In this course, you will gain the tools to assess clients' digital skills and support them in using digital services. The course topics include:
- Guidelines directing digitalization in social, health, and employment services
- Key digital services in social, health, and employment services
- Digital skills and their assessment
- Digital guidance for clients
This course is intended for you who want to work or are working in client guidance roles in social, health, or employment services, encountering people with varying levels of digital skills.
