Objective

You will understand the importance of a business plan in the early stages of a business and in the stages of business development. When preparing a business plan, you will use the assignment portfolio created during the course Basics of Business and Marketing. You will develop your legal and financial skills as part of the content of the business plan. You further process your business idea into a business plan.

5. Market situation and competitors
6. Sales and marketing: customer relationship, channels, communication, pricing
7. Production: production processes, premises, location, means of production, need for capital, product development
8. Workforce, company form, company organization and management, competence development
9. Staff welfare

11. Revenue and costs: preliminary financial plan and preliminary profitability, liquidity, investment and financing calculations
12. Risks and limitations
13. Self-assessment: own competence, SWOT-analysis of oneself and the company, conclusions from the business plan.
