Objective

Would you like to practice digital counselling and support social and health care or employment service clients need and strengthen your digital counselling skill during your study? During our society’s digitalization you need to counsel your clients more and more to use digital services and environments in social and health care and employment services.

After having completed the course
- you understand the basics and meaning of digital counselling and support
- you visit and meet social and health care and employment service environments and their clients using digital services
- you can identify the most relevant digital services and environments and can guide and support clients to use them
- you practice and suit digital guidance and support in practice

- Digital guidance and support in practice. You and teacher will choose your practice environment (e.g. health centers, wellness points and rehabilitative work)
