Objective

After completing the course, you will:

- Understand development methods and the phases of the methodological process
- Be able to select and apply appropriate research and development methods to address working life development needs
- Be able to evaluate the reliability of research and development work
- Be able to communicate and discuss phenomena from the perspective of your own discipline, both within your field and beyond it
