Objective

The student increases his/her capabilities to work in a demanding international environment.

Content

A prerequisite for conducting the course is a study trip to abroad either supplied by the UAS or the student's employer. The length of the study trip is between 5 to 10 days. The course is completed as follows: 1) the study trip is confirmed be the teacher, 2) a written development plan is accepted before trip, 3) the trip according to written plan, 4) a written assignment must be completed using specific literature with reflection upon the trip towards development of student's organization's internationalization and student's abilities to work in an international environment.
