Objectives:
1. To recognize one's own ways of acting, reactions, and thought patterns, and to be able to use them consciously in a professional role as an occupational therapist.
2. To be able to organize an event that promotes networking in the workplace.
3. To be able to assess one's own professional competence in occupational therapy and relate it to the needs of working life.
