Objective

After completing this course, the student will be able to:
• Know the starting points of service guidance and be able to apply them in social and health care customer work.
• Recognize and understand the operating methods of multi-actor and multi-professional work in customer work.
• Recognize their professional role in multi-professional work.
• Become familiar with the customer's life situation and role as an active actor in their own services in various operating environments.
• Be able to evaluate the functionality, timeliness, availability, and usability of services from the customer's perspective.
