You know the different forms of forest ownership. You master forest taxation: you can draw up a forest tax return and you know the main principles for taxing the profit on sale, taxing the generational change and transfer taxes. You can compare the alternative ways to change the ownership of a forest estate. You know the basics of forest estate management and real estate trade. You are able to assess the economic profitability of forest ownership and forest estate as an object of investment.
