Objective

You will be able to maintain work capacity, act as a member of the work community and promote well-being at work. You can assess your competences and plan to develop them. You will be able to market your skills and contributions, both through documentation and face-to-face meetings. You will be able to make choices about your studies in a goal-oriented way, in line with your own career objectives. You will be able to make contacts in your field and know the rules of the game in your field and the general rules of the world of work. You will be familiar with Karelia's career services and the Karelia graduation process.

Content

- Goal-oriented transition from qualification (job opportunities, further studies, etc.)
- Reflecting on your career plan and next goals after graduation
- Establishing contacts with employers, industry and stakeholders
- Learning about recruitment practices and getting to know recruitment agencies
- Review of the graduation process (including a graduation discussion with the study councellor)
- Introduction to alumni activities
