Objective
Student:
- identifies the uses of different tools in media production
- is able to choose the most suitable tools and software for the needs of media production
- masters the basic use of software tools according to their skill profile
- be able to search for information about the tools and techniques used to support your own learning
- is able to evaluate one's own competence in relation to the level of requirements of commercial work tasks
Content
The course includes studying the basics of Unity 2D / 3D game design and the basics of programming. The programming language used is C #. Students produce either independently or in pairs a simple 2D platformer video game demo. Previous experience in programming is not obliged. The key goal is to get to know the Unity environment and identify potential strengths and opportunities in the game design process.
