Teaching methods
After the course, you will be able to speak and write in a variety of work situations, such as customer service, making appointments, meetings and talking to colleagues. The course is an online course and you will work independently on the online platform. There are no lessons or teaching sessions. You will receive teacher feedback and a grade at the end of the course.
