Content

As the effects of climate change increase, it is increasingly important to understand its psychological impact on the ageing population. This will help you to support their mental health and resilience as well as your own.

The topics covered in the course include:
- mental resilience challenges for older people
- supporting mental resilience in older people in the context of acute climate-related shocks and long-term chronic stress situations
- strategies to support your own mental resilience.

This course is for you if you want to learn ways to support mental resilience in older people. It will also be useful in strengthening your own mental resilience.
