Objective

During the course, you will learn the key elements of team learning and understand the basic elements of entrepreneurship. This includes dialog skills, project planning, team building, networking and scheduling. You will have a team project that you will plan, schedule and execute during the course. You will also participate in tri-weekly dialog sessions. You will gain new perspectives and ideas to implement together with motivated like-minded people. You will also have the possibility to participate in other Business Academy (Y-akatemia) activities, where you are able to network and communicate with other students from a multidisciplinary background. You are able to reflect on your own team learning journey.

Assessment criteria, fail (0)

The performance/execution shows errors and/or significant deficiencies in the basic knowledge and skills related to the competence objectives. There are errors and/or significant deficiencies in the treatment of the topic. In terms of the competence objective, the execution does not meet the minimum requirements set for it.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The performance/execution shows a command of the basic knowledge and skills related to the competence objectives. The treatment of the topic is one-sided, limited, and/or disjointed. In terms of the competence objective, the execution meets the minimum requirements set for it.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The performance/execution demonstrates a command of the basic knowledge and skills related to the competence objectives and their consistent use. The treatment of the topic shows the ability to apply and utilize knowledge and skills related to the competence objectives. In terms of the competence objective, the execution meets the basic requirements set for it.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The performance/execution demonstrates a comprehensive mastery of the knowledge and skills related to the competence objectives. The performance/execution shows the ability to apply, integrate, and develop knowledge and skills related to the competence objectives. The treatment of the topic demonstrates the ability to assess, analyze, and compare. In terms of the competence objective, the execution fully meets all the requirements.
