Objective

You manage professional interaction with different clients in telecommuting.
You are able to carry out the assessment of the need for treatment and patient guidance remotely.
You know how to comply with data protection and data security requirements in different telecare work environments.
You can use different tools and applications used in teleworking and identify different interaction channels in the client's remote care
You recognize the competency requirements and capabilities of a citizen / patient to use remote connections
You will recognize the professional requirements for the use of teleworking tools
You will become familiar with the concepts of evaluating the effectiveness of social and health care and will be able to evaluate the customer's service process.
You are able to evaluate and develop your own skills required for a nurse's remote reception activities.
