Opiskelija ymmärtää laadun merkityksen talotekniikan urakoinnissa ja tuntee laatukäsitteet. Opiskelija osaa määrittää rakentamisen laatuvaatimuksia, tehdä työmaan laatusuunnitelman ja valvoa urakoinnin prosessi- ja tuotelaatua laatutavoitteiden mukaisesti. Opiskelija tuntee laatujohtamisen, rakentamisen laatujärjestelmät ja laadun kehittämisen menetelmät
