Objective

The student understands the importance of marketing as a factor in the success of a company. He knows the basics of the marketing concept, personal sales work and customer experience. He / she is able to apply the most important marketing lessons, especially from the point of view of a small business.

Content

The importance of marketing as a factor in a company's success, the marketing concept, identifying customer needs and personal sales work, customer-oriented operations and its effects on the creation, maintenance and development of the company's customers.

Location and time

Opintojakso toteutetaan kokonaan etänä verkko-opintoina. Oppimateriaali on Moodle-oppimisympäristössä.
