Objective
The course is intended for students whose mother tongue is not Finnish. The language level of the course is B1.
You will be able to speak and write in a variety of situations at work, e.g. customer service, making appointments, meetings and negotiations, and chatting with colleagues. You can tell about your work and profession and understand texts and speech about work. You understand work-related instructions and can write the most important work-related texts.

- Expanding your professional vocabulary
- Speaking in customer service situations (e.g. giving advice, presenting a product)
- Talking on the phone and by e-mail

Teaching methods
Kurssi on tarkoitettu opiskelijoille, joiden äidinkieli ei ole suomi. Kurssin kielitaitotaso on B1. Opintojakso toteutetaan verkossa. Teet tehtävät itsenäisesti ja palautat ne Moodleen. Saat opettajalta kommentteja ja palautetta tehtävistä ja tarvittaessa apua. Kurssiin kuuluu neljä tapaamista verkossa. Tapaamiset ovat vapaaehtoisia.
