Objective

The objective of the tutoring course is to strengthen team guidance and performance skills, as well as to build the capacity to operate effectively in a multicultural environment. The course supports the development of responsibility, growth in the role of a representative, and the ability to work in leadership positions. It also aims to enhance professional competence through core skills and to facilitate the creation of networks. Additionally, the course offers opportunities to improve language proficiency and organizational abilities.

Content

The course includes one credit (1 ECTS) of tutoring training, which covers practical aspects of tutoring and provides opportunities to practice group guidance skills. Credits 2–5 are awarded based on the number of tutoring hours accumulated during the academic year.

Completion of the course is recorded based on approved and accumulated hours, provided that a diary of tutoring duties and a report on the learning experience are submitted to the Student Union POKA specialist. Upon request, a certificate can be issued by the POKA specialist.
