-solution-focused approach and background theories -positive psychology, strengths and resources -meaning of self-efficacy, methods to support efficacy -skill of mindfulness in interaction and supporting your own well-being -resilience of individuals and communities, communities significance in resilience and efficacy -the importance of stories in a community- and an individual level, a narrative approach -construction of fluent interaction in challenging situations, the importance of mindfulness -solution-focused practical adaptations with individuals and a communities -your own well-being: meaning of solution-focused thinking and viewpoints in well-being

Objective

Student - is familiar with solution focused principles and their use in practice - can apply positive psychological approaches and strength-based actions in work and personal life - recognizes the consequences of individual stories and beliefs in people`s self-efficacy processes and gets operating models to support self-efficacy in general - understands the concept of resilience in the life of both an individual and a community, and learns methods to further help support resilience - acknowledges the significances of mindfulness and different viewpoints in well-being and functional cooperation

3.5.-31.7.2025 Opettajien vapaajakson aikana 16.6.-10.8.2025 opiskelija etenee opintojaksolla itsenäisesti, tällöin ei arviointia Arvioinnit tapahtuvat ennen 12.6.2025 sekä 11.8. alkaen elokuun 2025 ajan.
