Projects and financial planning (5 cr)

Assessment criteria

Opintojakso arvioidaan asteikolla hyväksytty–hylätty. Arviointi perustuu opintojakson osaamistavoitteisiin. Opintojakson päätteeksi opiskelijan tulisi ymmärtää projektien merkitys oman alansa toimintakentällä. Opintojaksolla opiskelija on tutustunut projektin vaiheisiin, hallitsee talousarvion laatimisen, ymmärtää projektien eri rahoitusmuotoja ja osaa soveltaa projektinhallinnan työkaluja. Opiskelijan tulee osoittaa hallitsevansa vähintään 40 % asetetuista opintojakson tavoitteista, jotta opintosuoritus voidaan katsoa suoritetuksi. Automaattisesti arvioitavista tehtävistä ei tule erillistä palautetta. Opiskelijat kommentoivat ja vertaisarvioivat toistensa tekemiä soveltavia tehtäviä. Itsearviointiin ohjataan tehtävissä.

Objective

The student: - Understands the significance of projects in their field. - Understands the different stages of project implementation. - Is able to prepare a realistic budget for the project. - Knows different forms of project financing. - Is able to use project management tools.

The course is completed at one’s own pace online. The course consists of various online materials and assignments.
