Objective

Student is able to - Compare and help the client choose the appropriate electronic health and social care service. - Understand the role of your professional group in customer-oriented health and social care. - Understand the changing paradigm shift where the customer’s position is at the heart of the service system (the welfare ecosystem). - Identify electronic service paths in different service systems. - Compare different types of electronic transaction services and virtual receptions from the user's point of view.

Exam schedules

MOOCin voi suorittaa omassa tahdissa, mutta kaikki tehtävät on suoritettava hyväksytysti oppimisympäristössä opinnon päättymispäivään mennessä. Suoritukset merkitään Laurean rekisteriin parin viikon sisällä suoritusmerkinnän pyynnöstä. Kesälomakaudella heinäkuussa ja vuodenvaihteen lomien aikana ei kirjata arviointeja. Lukukauden loppuun mennessä tehdyt suoritukset kirjataan kuluneelle lukukaudelle, 31.12. mennessä tehdyt syyslukukaudelle ja 31.7. mennessä tehdyt kevätlukukaudelle.
