Objective

The course provides information on the basics maintenance, the most common concepts and lubrication technology, and introduces maintenance strategies. The student understands the role of production maintenance as part of the plant and is able to examine the maintenance of the production plant taking into account financial and HSEQ aspects.

Methods of completion

This is a completely online self-study course. The course has ten content sections, which are meant to be read in order. At the beginning of each section, the objectives of the section and instructions for progress are described. You can see the actual content of the next section only after you have answered the practice tasks of the previous section. The scope of the study course with additional materials corresponds to approximately 80 hours of student work. Completion requires familiarization with the given material and completion of learning tasks.
