On completion of this course, the student will: - Can describe what evidence-based knowledge in health services means - Know how evidence-based information is produced - Know how to summarise evidence-based knowledge - Can describe how evidence-based knowledge can be used in different client situations, in policy development and in decision-making.

Content
The course consists of three areas of evidence-based knowledge: Concepts and their definition Evidence production and summarisation Dissemination and implementation of evidence Completing the course - Starting your learning by watching the video on evidence-based healthcare in the Learning materials section. - Study the learning material provided - Finally, you can go on to take the assessed exam To pass, you must watch the video, study the learning materials, pass the assessment exam (minimum score 42/48) and provide feedback on the course.
