Teaching methods
The course is designed to prepare students for the Project Management tasks. This course is specifically tailored to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies required to successfully manage industrial projects.
Throughout the boot camp, participants will gain a deep understanding of the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide, which serves as the foundation for the PMP certification. They will learn key project management concepts, principles, and best practices, and explore the five process groups and ten knowledge areas outlined in the PMBOK Guide.
The curriculum covers a wide range of project management topics, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and project closure.
