The course helps you understand the impact of globalization on global trade and how companies need to react. From a strategic standpoint, you will Identify the challenges and opportunities that government and politics can create for you and your business. During the course, you will familiarise yourself with the SMEs' internationalization process and the bases of international operations. Special features of multicultural business will also be discussed.
