Teaching methods
After completing the course, you will be familiar with the land use planning system in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act. You know the different formula levels and how to control land use and construction at different formula levels. You are familiar with the zoning process and the chain of municipal land production with its different land acquisition methods. You know the deliveries related to real estate formation.
