Objective
You know the special features of running a construction company. You are able to manage yourself as well as employees. You are able to recruit skilled labour and agree on contracts. You are able to act as supervisor on site. You are able to develop work community and give constructive feedback. You understand the significance of networking and partnership related to the company's success. You familiarize with the ERPs that support managing a construction company.

Teaching methods
Toteutuksessa perehdytään rakennusliikkeen johtamiseen työnjohtajan, vastaavan mestarin ja työpäällikön näkökulmasta. Pääpaino on henkilöjohtamisessa ja organisaatiokäyttäytymisessä.
