Objective
Student learns to know most important Finnish laws and other regulation restricting the use of natural resources and producing and handling waste. Student understands how Finnish legal system tries to protect nature. Student understand legal aspects of zoning and community planning in Finland. Implementing building regulation and granting licences. Real estate formation in Finland, Environmental licences, EIA.

Laws, decrees, prejudices and their status in Finnish legal system. Most important international agreements concerning environment. Århus agreement.
