Objective
The course gives an idea of the role of the producer in media production. The course introduces media production as a whole, its resourcing and project management. Topics also covered include obtaining funding, contracts, copyrights and artistic producing.

Teaching methods
The course introduces students to cultural and event production planning. The frameworks for production and the different roles and types of producers will be explained alongside the specific characteristics of different events and production settings.
