Objective

The Career Planning course provides students with tools and knowledge for planning their career path and setting professional goals. The course focuses on career development planning, identifying personal strengths, and developing professional skills. Students will gain the ability to evaluate their career goals, make career choices, and improve their career management skills. The course supports students' ability to adapt to the changing demands and challenges of the labor market and encourages them to take responsibility for their own career development.

Learning outcomes:

The student is able to set professional and career goals and plan their career path in line with these goals.
The student understands trends and changes in working life and is able to use this knowledge in career planning.
The student is able to analyze their own strengths, skills, and areas of interest.
The student understands the importance of study well-being and is able to consider factors that affect study ability and coping, such as strengthening study skills, time management, and life management.
The student is able to tolerate uncertainties related to study choices and the future.
In the development discussion, the student is able to evaluate the development of their own competence and set goals for their development.

Planning Your Study Path and Familiarization with Business Administration Specialization Studies

Course content:

Basics of career development and career planning
Identifying and evaluating your own skills and strengths
Trends in the labor market and job market situation
International competence in working life and studies
Development discussion and updating of the personal study plan (HOPS).
