Opintojakso toteutetaan verkkototeutuksena.
Opintojakso sisältää aloitusinfon, väliohjausta sekä itsenäistä opiskelua.
Opintojaksolla on moodle-tentti ihmisen kasvusta ja kehityksestä sekä essee-tehtävä oppimisesta.
