Content

Content Field-specific information, guest lectures and company visits. Group work and assignments relating to professional practice and the international environment. Information on student mobility. Generic and field-specific principles and codes of professional practice in Finland and abroad. Development discussions and updating of the individual study plan (ISP).

Teaching methods

You plan your own future in working life based on goals and know how to make choices that support your professional and career goals. You regularly evaluate your own skills through, for example, a development discussion and set concrete development goals to ensure your professional growth. You understand that career planning and preparation for working life require constant self-evaluation, decision-making ability and readiness to adapt to changing situations.

The importance of study well-being is clear to you, and you know how to take into account the factors that affect study ability and coping, such as strengthening study skills, time management and life management. You know that well-being is a key factor in learning and professional development.
